Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations. This position will help coordinate workflow, lead team members, maintain accurate inventory and shipping records, and ensure orders are processed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist shipping and receiving team members with daily operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare products and materials for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Assign daily tasks and help ensure production and shipping deadlines are met.
• Communicate with supervisors, warehouse personnel, carriers, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and inventory system experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Must be dependable and able to work effectively with a team.
